How to paint patio tiles?

If they are ceramic tiles, you cannot paint them. The paint will not stick. The ceramic is already sealed but need more info. What kind of tiles are we talking about? Or are they pave stone?
Don't.. It will peel over (possibly a short) time and you will be sorely disappointed.
However, some concrete professionals may be able to etch them and apply a color that will stay..
Another possibility is using an epoxy resin like the stuff they tout for garage floors.. I don't know what colors you can get it in.
