What is meant by shower of sulphur?
Question:
Answers:
When microspores of pine trees are released (pine pollen grains), a lot of sulfur is also let out. This creates a thick "cloud" of sulfur referred to as a "shower" of sulfur.
Maybe they're talking metaphorically about a volcanic eruption, or is it a biblical reference? As far as I know, some sulfur is actually therapeutic for the skin (as in hot springs), but not on an everyday basis. If there's sulfur in your water, you shouldn't shower in it...a shower filter can remove any impurities and give you great, clean shower water.
could they be talking about "flower of sulphur," sulphur in a powder form?
