I need a free 12 x 12 gable roof shed plan?

Question:I plan on using t-111 siding

Answers:
Firstly, I'd look at some of the kits they have at Home Depot and Lowes. You actually save money this way rather than scratch building.

If you really want to scratch build, you really don't need plans. Go to Home Depot, take a tape measure and look at one of their sheds, then take some notes.

Pretty much everthing is just 16 inch on center framing up to the roof. For the floors, I'd use 2 x 6 or 2x8 pressure treated and used good 3/4" plywood for the floors.
Gable roof, I've never done, but I'll bet there are bracket kits that enable you to put together the framing easily.

Frame it up.
Put on your siding.
Put on your roof deck.
Put down some felt and shingles (easy).
Hang doors.
Paint.

I'd buy a framing nailer and compressor. Well worth the time saved. Look at: www.harborfreight.com for the cheapo version, or HD or lowes for brand names.

Good luck.
