How do you hard reset a velux wireless system, i have followed the instructions, but it makes no difference?!?

Try removing the batteries, or if mains: disconnect, and leave for a few minutes then reconnect, this sometimes does reset all the controls, if unsuccessful, go to the Velux web page and look for the help/trouble shooting section.
