How do i make this STUPID BIRD SHUT UP ! ?
Question:i ilve in an aparmtent and im getting real sick of it this st upid bird outside or in my chimnmey goes at it every day makign this noise over and over again for hours it soudns liek this like a groaning sound. how do i shut this bird up without getting arrestedd?

I know how you feel. It's like listening to a dripping faucet. Once it gets your attention, it drives you nuts! Try playing loud music. That will drive the bird as crazy as it is driving you with it's calling for a mate.

Buy a BB gun and shoot it. Afterwards, play coy and tell them it must have crashed into a grounded antenna or something as equally irrelevant as that.
It sounds like you have a chimney sweep. I have a few of my own. I've never succeeded in making them be quiet.
well i'd start by leaving him alone and try to develop some patience and realize that it is a poor defenseless bird who cant understand that he's bothering you!
get a super soaker or water hose and blast him!
or you can try to pay him off!
have the super of the building put some chicken wire covers on the chimnies, that way no animals or bats can get in there. or you can try rat poinsed bird feed.
you need to calm down first of all, it's only a bird! Call the animal control and maybe they can help you. It probably has a nest and when the chicks fly away it will go too. Take a pill darling and leave the birdie alone. You must be in California! Road Rage has finally gotten to you.

I can think of a few things you can do.
1. grab a BB-gun and go into the all out war w/ birds.
2. shoot them with water
3. print out a picture of an owl, go up the roof and tape it.
4. Accept them and maybe start warshipping them.
spray the chimnmey with bird pee.(it may sound discusting but it worls most of the time). if you cant find bird pee find something stinky that you can handle and spray it on your chimnmey.(do NOT use poison).
