How do we apply mosaic tile to a table top?
Question:My wife & I are thinking about putting mosaic tile in the center of a table & regular tiles on the edges but we never did mosaic tiling before. Any help would be appreciated.

just use regular ceramic tile adhesive (mastik) and then use tile grout to fill in the gaps, and a sealer over the top. the people at the hardware store will help you find everything you need
lay out your chosen design first when you are happy standard tile adhesive or no nails will stick it on
use a wall mastic with a 1/8 inch trowel. grout is and saw are all else you will need.
My wife is doing this right now, do it the same way you would a floor. Make sure you have a hard surface, seal it well, then put your glue down. Make sure you have a plan.
