loop live (brown) neutral (blue) and earth (yellow and green sleeved) 1.5mm2 cable in and out of all batten holders creating a circuit from the last batten holder run a length of cable of the same size back to the nearest switch with a permanent live available, change this switch plate to a switch plate that can incorporate the live switch wire for the lights join neutral to existing neutral join earth to existing earth and hey presto stand back and admire your work!! or you could get a spark in and conform to Part P

loop a live and a neutral from the nearest light bulb leave the neutral at the last light, then in the last batton holder you wire take a live wire and put it in to a two way switch.
