How do you reverse the suction of a shop vac?

Question:Trying to blow up a pool, however all I have is a shop vac. I know the suction can be reversed so it blows air out, I just dont know how to do so. Anyone on this?

Answers:
Install the pipe in the exhaust hole, instead of the intake hole.

some aren*t made to reverse; if it does reverse there will be two outlets on the machine; one says blow the other will say suction.
their is usually a separate hole on the side of the vacuum that blows air out continually
Check you vacuum, if you have a Kirby or other high end ones the can be made to blow instead of suck. You attach your hose to the spot where the bag would go and place a cover, that comes with the vacuum, over the air intake.
Mine has a port on the opposite side of the intake. Disconnect from the intake hose and reattach to the output port.
