I need to apply a protective coating on some brass objects, what is the best method?


Question:i have heard of staybrite but cannot seem to getit in the UK i have tried Klear which works for a while but the brass still oxydized.
oh yeah and it needs to be cheap and available

Answers:
make sure its clean, no oil, dirt & spray with clear Acrylic coating available at most hardware stores.


a good quality car wax will work well. just make sure that you clean all of the oxidation off first. then apply a good coat of quality car wax.
