How to fix jammed vertical blinds?

Question:vertical blinds will not turn fully. They cannot open and seems like they are off gear.

Answers:
1) The slats probably turn on axis so keep them perpendicular to the window.

2) Try WD-40 along the track - let is soak in a bit -This maybe all it needs

3) Sometimes if the slats overlap they jam the open/close function so make sue you have all the slats in # 1 perpendicicular

4) If it is a jam geared or if part of the plastic gear is stripped - say hello to a new track
