Where do i buy sand?

You can purchase clean sand at most home improvement or landscaping and gardening stores. Some toy stores also sell it for sand boxes. But beware, it will come in huge heavy sacks! You may be able to purchase smaller amounts at craft stores like Michael's or Hobby Lobby, it is probably in the candle making department.
If you only need a small amount, you can usually find it in bags at Home Depot or Lowe's. If you need larger quantities, check the book for Sand & Gravel companies in your area.
Go to your local hardware store ie home depot,lowe's they have it. if you need a large quantity call a gravel company.
At the sand bar, of course. Seriously, at home improvement stores and sometimes anywhere they sell kids swing sets and slides.
Uncooked short grain white rice makes a great filling for a stress ball.
Actually, a great home made stress ball can be done with a balloon and some baking flour instead of sand.
Home improvement stores or if you want a large quantity you should be able to go to a local rock ans sand quarry and get as much as you need.
