Question:

Answers:
u can use about 3 tablespoons of muratic acid. add it let the water circulate and recheck ph in 24 hrs

Go to a pool store or the swimming pool section of a discount store (Wal-Mart) and get muriatic acid (dilute hydrochloric acid) or a product called "pH Minus" or similar and a pH test kit (if you don't already have one).
Follow directions for volume in your pond. Initially use less than recommended for pools because your pond likely doesn't have the buffering capacity that a swimming pool would have. Keep checking and adding until you get to the desired pH. Vinegar would probably work, too, but I'm not sure how much you would use...
vinegar will lower pH but it goes right back up in a couple days
