How to build a house fastier?

using wood is the tradicional way. The fastest way is to go to a pre built home company pick out your floor plan. Your colors. your rugs or hardwood floors, what ever you want appliances. Then sit back and have it delievered. Due to there being built inside you get a better quality as the wood is not exposed to the elemintes.

Panelized homes will likely add to your cost. Pre-built homes are great if the guys who build them do the job properly. You could hire a whole pile of guys so that the project would go fast. Be cautious of building quickly though as you may regret it in the long run.
kitset homes are usually quick all the frames stairs and trusses are built off the plan it does take 2 tradesmen who no what they are doing long to put it all togeather, if ur building urself just take your plans to your town major hardward store ( most have a precut yard) and they will make all your frames for you
