Does any one know how bmx bar ends are welded, or what they do to form them?

most are formed with a simple tubing bender, flat pieces are punched or cut using plasma or water jet. the majority are welded with either a mig or tig welder.
They used machines to mold it, we called them torno machines. Some joints and ends were welded using an acetylene.
