HarborFreight.com sells a set of metal clips which allow you to frame a small shed without any angle cuts. You could also take it apart, depending on what you use for siding, and a roof. I've never used them, (I've memorized Swanson's Blue Book), but I always wondered how good they were.
Depends on what you need it to do and how easy you need to have the disassembly. Screws are my first thought, but they don't have the shear strength of nails. They hold better on objects that are intentionally ment for reassembly. Or you could be a good engineer, and use hinges and pins. Might take some thought though.
I guess if you want to take it down again you'd do best countersink nuts & bolts, using a butt joint.
Use wood screws to assemble each side and then bolt the sides together. Make sure you assemble it on a level surface too.
