Any ideas on how to remove a swimming pool?

Question:I have an above ground Clark Swimming Pool that has been half set in the ground. I want to remove it, however don't know what will be involved in the task. How much will it cost and what about filling in the hole?

Answers:
Go to freecell.com and advertise it,you'll get a bunch of emails back wanting to take it out free. Take a magnet and see if it's tin or aluminum. Junk dealers that pick up old cars will pay you for it if it's aluminum,a magnet will not stick to aluminum

Why not cut it to ground level and make it into a pond? They are fairly low maintence once established and look great with lillies blooming.
drain the water, and start hitting with a sledge hammer. they usually come right apart. as for the dirt sometimes you can get fill dirt free from construction sites. but if you have to buy its fairly cheap, around 12 dollars for a pick-up truck full, you will probably need around 10 depending on the depth
