I have no idea how to make one.
yeah...find a style glass you like and go to a craft store...ac moore, michaels...and grab some gems that have a flat backing...they have inexpensive ones and they also hace swarvorski crystals...both come in a wide array of colors. grab a glue that adheres to glass (maybe tacky brand glue?) and start dabbing the gems with the glue and then sticking them one at a time onto the glass in which ever pattern you want. take your time and have fun! maybe align your gems on a piece of paper (no glue) to see exactly which design you like best and to give you practice with the lettering if you are adding your name to it. good luck have fun!
