Painting your sofa?
Question:has anyone ever heard of painting a cloth sofas, i could swear i saw this on one of the decorating shows, i'm strapped i have two striped boxed chairs i want to change the color of if you've heard of this helpppppppppppppppppppp

Sounds crazy, but I have seen this on trading spaces. They spray painted some couches HOT PINK yuck...but i know you can do it. i'd google it
yes you can do it. Go to a craft and hobby store and buy fabric paint.
I saw that episode. I think it ended up rather badly. Someone suggest fabric paint, but it would take a lot of paint and it would flake off really easily. The best solution I think is to get a cover them or see if you can re-upholster them.
