Answers:
Get some masking tape and cover area not to be painted! Get a paint brush or foam brush to get into corner good!

use a fine haired 2'' brush... and a steady hand... thats what i do
A good brush and a steady hand or you could use a shield to hold against the ceiling while you paint the wall.If it is a smooth ceiling(not popcorned)you can use blue painter`s tape and tape the ceiling edges.
Just tape it off mate, tape paper over the but you don't want pain on then paint away. After then just gently peel it off and bobs your uncle!
Any paint store will have the tool to do this. It is an edge painting tool. It looks similar to a trowel but its made of plastic, has two rollers on one edge to glide across the ceiling, and has a pad that looks similar to a velcro pad. They work great for what you need to do. And they only cost a couple of bucks.
All you need is a steady hand, and a good 2" brush. You can buy a tool called a shield, this is a length of plastic a bit like a ruler with a hand grip. You place it at the edge where the ceiling and wall meet and then paint.
