The PEX piping is relatively inexpensive. They just attach it to the rebar, it adds about $5 per square foot. The expensive part is the boiler that you will need to heat it. That's a few thousand dollars right there. If you are doing your driveway too, they can also put tubes under that.
Usually half the price of concrete with out radiant heapt
the difference would be the cost of the insulation, the tubing, your manifolds, and what you use to heat the water. the cost to have it finished shouldnt be any different...
Remember you have to buy a heater too.
