What it will be a best choice to do??, taking off all wall paper from the walls and ..?

Question:change it for a new wall paper ? or take off all the wall paper and paint the walls?, or just add other layer of wall paper over the damage wall paper? I don't want to expend too much, and don't want to take too much time doing it myself , and I want the walls looking good, I'm talking about a mobile home walls.

Answers:
put up another roll of wall paper would work but consider this take a small bucket of joint compound (this is pretty cheap) and fill in any holes or scratches or whatever in the wall then just paint over it it will look nice and you wont have to worry about getting the glue or hanging new wallpaper or getting all sticky and getting your wallpaper hung just a lil' croooked like I have seen people do before.

the first answer was really good, but if you hang new wall paper be sure to using sizing first. this will allow the paper to come off when/if you dicide to replace it.

DO NOT TRY TO TAKE THE OLD PAPER OFF. in MH's the paper is made with the sheetrock and will not come off.
I would paint it that way when your tired of it you can change the color you will have to take the wall paper off if you put up new paper its a lot easier to paint than take off paper
