Little Rock Lumber?
Question:Where's the best place to buy lumber around Little Rock? If there are any contractors or builders who could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for a place with low prices. Thanks!

I'm a building inspector and trim carpenter in Little Rock. Have ordered from several different places depending on the builder I'm working for.
If ordering for myself, I always use Ridout. Prices are as low as you will find and the quality of the material is usually better than their competitors.

There are the usual Lowes, Home depot box stores but if you want service, then check out Kaufman Lumber, they used to be on Asher Avenue, I've been gone from there for 12 years but those were great guys to work with and they were more than a good source of material, good source of information too.
