ebay and antique shops
Try old appliance dealers or salvage places They may have one stored way in the back. You may have better luck in small, rural communities. I remember my great grandma had one but the kids weren't allowed to help. She was afraid we would catch our hands in the wringer.
Try to google old wringer washers. There's bound to be at least one site that can help you. Otherwise I have no idea. Another great piece of history gone by the wayside!
At the Agitator Shop on Mission Blvd., Pomona. Or look in an antique shop.
Lehman's old time hardware the serve the Amish community
Museums and time-travel machines.
Ebay, Sustainable Village (see links for these two below) I have one, but not sure I want to give it up. I have a Speed Queen Deluxe in working condition.
