How can I reverse the rotation of 230 3 Phase Motor?
Question:I know in 440 3 Phase I can switch leads, but what do I change in 230 3 Phase?

..the only difference between the two is voltage.
I'm pretty sure you can switch the leads. You can also take the motor apart and reverse the rotor. I know that works.
you need to reverse 2 of the wires,and the motor will reverse
