How do I make homemade crackle glaze for glass bottles?

Question:My friend and I are making inscense burners out of glass bottles and want to know how to make it look like it crackled.

Answers:
Get white carpenters glue and water it down a bit so it is brushable. First paint the bottle with a color paint. Let dry. Then paint on a coat of glue. Let dry. Then put on a coat of latex(cheap paint works best or primer latex) overtop the glue. It will crackle showing the under color. Best to try this out on a piece of a water.
