My 110 electric clothes dryer has no heat?

Question:the cylinder rotates, the air blows, but cold only

Answers:
You need a new heater element. Common prob with electric dryers. Prob a $100.00 fix though.

The heating element burned out. It is not too expensive to fix.
Probably blew the fuse of the heating element
Buy a new one.
Not for sure, but when ours was acting like that the guy who fixed it said it was the heating element. probably should get it checked out.
Electric - Never have I seen a 110 electric clothes dryer. Electric dryers mostly are 220 or 240 volts because 110 simply cannot provide sufficient electrical current to heat up an element plus drive the blower and drum.
new element time just like everybody else said or maybe new dryer time like that one person said depends on how much money you have.
I have seen the small apartment size dryer that ran off of 110V AC, I have to think there are a few possible causes.
1. There is a control for switching from hot to cool air so there has to be a control along the elec. to divert elec from one circuit to another ( A Relay).
2. This means, either the heating element or this control could be bad.
3. I would think there is a temp sensor(thermostat) also, or something to this effect, that will "kick-out" the heat if the temp is too high, and supply cool air until the temp returns to a valid range. This device could also be shot - not allowing the heating section to be activated.
4. Internal blockage could cause an overheating element resulting in " kicking - out" the heating section - blowing cool air only.

Obviously, the most likely of all is the heating element, but there are other possiblilities too, not only the obvious.
