nail polish remover lol
this happned to me and th only thing that got it out was a 600 dollar professional carpet cleaning service, sorry!
my mom works at a nail salon and i do that all the time in my room and i cover it up with a rug and if i paint my nails again i do it where my rug is so if i stain i can cover it up with my rug later....SHHHHHHHH
Sadly, but maybe thankfully, nail polish isn't water soluble.
You NEVER want to use nailpolish remover. It will take the color from your carpet too, and that, you cannot fix.
Find a pair of sissors and cut out the nailpolish. It probably isn't very deep (just in the surface), so cutting off the top won't be noticable.
If it went down deep, I would still reccommend cutting it out, it will be less noticable than it is currently.
