How to fix the loosing wooden floor?

Question:Original congrete floor decorated with wooden cover like pussle pieces.

Answers:
You will need to drill through the wood and into the concrete with a small mason bit. Then use recess mason screws based on the size of bit you used and tighten the wood down onto the concrete. Then use a wood filler over the screw heads to hide them. At this point, clean floor and be great to use a sealer/wax on the floor for added lasting protection.

I've never heard of putting wood on concrete like that. Usually wood floors are put over wood. IF it were over wood, you could put a screw through the bottom of the top to the wood floor, but you have to be careful to use the right size screw or it will come through the floor.

However, since it is on concrete, I would say you are screwed. sorry
your floor may be a wood parquet floor. they usually use robber cement for this kind of installation. you must remove the wood tiles, i assume it is in a 2" x 6" dimension, it is best if you remove at least 1 ft x 1 ft area surrounding your detached tile so that you can easily clean the concrete using a sand paper and you apply rubber cement on the concrete and the bottom part of the wood tile. leave it for 30 minutes or more then arrange it the way it were.

make sure it is free from water (moisture), oil and dust
You will need to drill through the wooden floor into the concrete, then you screw the wood down onto the concrete, making sure to recess the screw heads. When you are finished, you need to put wood filler over the screw heads.
