Answers:
turn a few full turns to the right, stop at first number
turn to the left, go past the first number once, and stop at the 2nd number, then turn it to the right, stopping at the third number.

Most of those locks would have a little click or released feeling as you turned the dial when you hit the number. The first one you should turn it three or more times to the right then very slowly turn it to the right until you feel a spot where you feel a sort of gap. Then turn it left all the way around once and then slowly left until you feel a gap like something again.
The third number usually the hardest. You turn the dial right until you feel a gap or change again. It will be less than a full turn.
Bolt Cutters, 45 magnum, or even a little C4. I'll call later.
