Will boiled linseed oil used as a sealer on white wiping stained interior paneling turn yellow later?

Question:Or are those water-based emulsions the best way to go? I've heard polyurethanes will yellow and that's my main concern to avoid yellowing.

You may want to look into using a water based urethane, it will give you a better look, better protection and will not yellow like the solvent based polyurethanes.
