Electricity wiring under the floor? under the parket?

Question:Is it okay to put the electricity wiring under the parket?

Answers:
Did you mean carpet? Then no, absolutly not. It has to be mechanically protected.

Did you mean Parquet? If the wires are run through the floor joists via drilled holes, then yes. BUT the wire is not to have any conceiled junctions (even in proper boxes unless the you provide access to the box directly). It is best to run, one run of BX (Armored Cable) to the device you need.

Are you talking about running the wiring under the sub-floor and maybe drilling holes in the floor joists? That's OK.

Are you talking about running the wires under the parquet, and above the sub-floor? If so, then I would say no.

Good luck
I pressumed you mean "Carpet"

That is not acceptable if the "Carpet" is disturbed when somebody walks on it.
I have crossed a hallway moving from one wall to another to relocate a light switch. ...by cutting down the wall and cutting thru the 3/4 inch plywood floor(an inch wide) so that the cable could be laid level or lower of the plywood so that the slate floor could go ontop.and up the other wall.
Should be no problem for parquet.
You need to run it under the subfloor
