put it in ur shirt and stick ur head in ur shirt to and light it that way thats wat i always do
Cup your hands real tight around a Zippo... those things will light in almost anything.
If you have a jacket make a barrier around it so the wind can only come from the front (just dont catch the jacket on fire).

Hold the cig with your lips and cup your hands around the end of the cig and the lighter close but not close enought to burn you. Try to have the wind on your back and that should block most of it. You can also ball yourself up on the ground to block even more wind...but people might think you are crazy if they see you doing that. Either that or don't smoke outside when it's windy.
if you can't light a cigarette in the wind you are probably too young to be smoking you are better off to quit while you still can

Practice makes perfect. I got so good at it that now I have to breathe from an oxygen tank 24/7, and can't breathe well enough to walk across the street. My skin is all blotchy and I'm going blind from the steroids I must take to stay alive. I lost my business and now I'm just sitting around waiting to die.

lmao ( I couldn't help myself) pull your shirt over your head & then light cigarette, go into a building & light it, climb into your car & light it, go into house/apartment/condo & light it, get your friend to cup there hands together then light it, use a pipe then light it, use a toaster & light it, or camp fire & light it (if camping) try rubbing to sticks together, use lighter & the best 1 for last-when your are at the beach get under the blanket then light it, By the way would you like me to smoke it for you. curl your forefinger and thumb like an ok sign around the ciggerette making your fingers as tight as possible
