You would need to replace the glass with pieces of mirror.

Or you could try this:

Isn't a mirror just glass with the back of it painted with Silver Paint..The light is reflected from the Silver paint ..hence <POOF> a mirror is born !!
Turning a piece of glass into a mirror is going to cost more than you're probably going to want to spend. The other solution is to replace the existing glass with a piece of mirror cut to size. How to do this will depend entirely upon what kind of old window it is. If it's paned, you might be able to take a knife and remove the glazing putty from around the glass next to the molding. There should be some triangular glazing points holding the panes in the frame and these will have to be removed too. Install the mirror(s) in reverse, using glazing points and putty. the draw back that I can see to this is that if you're trying to keep the antique look, some of that will be lost in the process. Hope this gives you something to go on.
