How to build a small wooden bridge?

Question:it needs to go across a 7 ft. wide creek.

Answers:
To make a decorative bridge: You need 3 - 2X10 treated lumber. Cut an arch from bottom and top leaving at least 7" in the center. Cut all three boards the same. It will look like like a parenthesis turned sideways " ( "
Attach 1X 4 treated lumber across the three sections to make the walkway (the three boards are the main supports for the walkway.) leave room between boards as when building a deck. and do not make it too wide 3 ft
Place the walkway when it is all screwed together on flat patio brick (6) one for each 2X10 at each end to keep the lumber off the dirt.
Extra blocking can be installed between the 2X10 to give it extra support.
(It is a hard thing to describe something like this in words!)
I can not help you with the hand rail that would be too hard
I do hope my wording is clear for you.

Get help from some contractor's.
Depending on the weight the bridge will need to support, use 2x8 or 2x10 lumber of appropriate length. Stand them on edge at the desired width of the bridge and then use 2x6 boards for the bridge surface. Using a concrete pier under the ends of the side runners will keep it from sinking.
