Answers:
besides the thickness, what is the difference between long and tall?
Call the hardware store and ask, or go to the website of the store you're going to buy them from.
This is not going to be a easy order to fill. The door you are describing with my experience does not exist. a 3-0 x 7-0 solid oak door no problem. The problem is 1 foot thick? The thickest standard exterior door runs up to 2-1/4" thick. The most common domestic door thicknesses is 1-3/8 (interior) and 1-3/4 (exterior). Solid wood doors are very expensive and I would expect that a 3-0 x 7-0 x 2-1/4" thick door would be up to $500 - $1000. If you are truly looking for a door 1 foot thick it will have to be special made by a millwork shop and not purchased by a "hardware store". I will list a website below for the company I work for which has links to other door manufacturers.
Check your dimensions. I have never seen a door that is 1 foot thick, just think about it. However, door prices will vary based on material, quality and design. The best thing to do is visit your local hardware store and check the selection of doors that they have to offer. Often they will have catalogs of other products that are available for special order as well as some in-stock merchandise. Then, you can decide on what is exactly right for you. Oak doors are not cheap, however, they could range anywhere from $50 to as much as $500 depending on what you are looking for. Hope that helps!
