I work for a millwork company and judging by the prices of our exterior doors I think you would be looking at $1500 to $2000 per door assuming that we would even contemplate making the monstrosities. I think the only way you might get doors of these dimensions is to make them hollow core, at least they would be manageable weight wise and the shop would have machinery big enough to make them.
You`re expecting an apocalypse, right?
Don`t think your problem is in the price, it`ll be in finding the materials and someone to engineer and build it. Although I am aquainted with someone crazy enough to build it.
