Clean with your favorite tub and tile cleaner and use a tooth brush in the grout line. When dry, use a grout sealer to make the next time a little easier. good luck.
Bleach works well if the grout is white but you can buy grout cleaner from big d.i.y stores..
I used this stuff called KABOOM and it works wonders. Just spray it down in the grout and let it set for about five minutes then scrub and wipe. It comes in a purple spray bottle in the shape of the 409 bottle. You can get it anywhere! Good Luck!

Best product I've found is called X-14.
Just spray it on and rinse after about 30 min.
i use bleach and an old toothbrush,you can also buy a grout pen from diy stores.
in uk go to b and q and buy a grout pencil just draw on old grout and it comes up white
