wat is billboard vinyl? is it just the material kind of thing they use?
my step mum was able to negociate with the billboard people who put them up..and i think she got 1 or 2 free...n they made great wall covers in my dads study:)...just ask.
u could try these people...they r used vinyls (tarps), which can b flipped over.
