We hired a cutter and router from HSS hire shops. They come with all the bits you need to make joins for corners.
Also you can put tape over where you are cutting to try and avoid chips.
Angle grinder with a diamond blade, keep plenty of running water over it because it gets hella hot
with a wet saw table - diamond tipped 12 or 15 inch blade.
If you can't do it your local stonemason will fit it in between headstones for you !
ask your local stone mason he will of course chage you but at least the job will be done correctley he'll put it on a stone saw and also polish the edges for you
I would get your local stone fabricator to cut it for you...Quartz smells really bad and gets hella dusty...you'll be charged for the process, but it will be done professionally and they will also polish the product for you as well.
i,d say you dint do yourself and use a pro..stone worktops cost a fair bit as I'm sure your aware so why risk a dodgy cut and end up either with a ugly shoddy job or having to fork out for a replacement and thinking you should of got pro in to start with
