How do I fully assemble a custom frame?

Question:I have the frame and glass (28" x 34") and poster, but since I have no backing I don't know how to custom frame it. Can I make a backing then cover it with brown paper or what?

Answers:
Dear Tracy,
Go to Michael's or some other arts and crafts store and buy some foam board. It comes in very large pieces, but you can cut it easily and it is lightweight. Get one of those metal rulers. They are a lifesaver. Also, get a T-Square to make sure you are lining everything up right. Glue around the edges with Elmer's glue. Next, measure your brown paper (you can get a roll of this from Michael's.) Start making holes in each side with an awl, Finish the job with those little eye screws. Turn those untill they go all the way in. Now, use some picture framing wire (purchase at Michael's or hardware store.) Wrap wire through the eye screw on one side. Now test your length and cut it off. Wrap wire around
