Changing dryer plug from 3 to 4 done?

Question:ok so i did this myself but the only thing im wondering is, what about the extra green wire in the dryer, what do i do with that? i have the green wire from the new plug and now the old green? please help-do i stick the two greens together?

Answers:
Green is international color for ground. If I'm understanding this Q right, you changed a 3wire dryer cord to a 4 wire right?
If that is so, then the white goes to the center screw, the rad and black to the 2 outside screws, and yes, connect the two greens.

YES. Always hook the greens together. Green means safe it will be fine and good job.
Green is the ground wire. They need to be together and should ba attached to the dryer somewhere along the line. The ground wires in the box also need to be together and attached to the box.
NOT REALLEY
THE GREEN IS 4 SAFEY... LIKE KEEPING U FROM GETING SHOCK
RULE NOMBER 1 BLACK N RED IS HOT
RULE NOMBER 2 GREEN N WHITE GROWN
SO THE GREEN GO TO THE BACK OF YOUR DRYER
