Shower hose that attches directly to tub faucet?
Question:where can i find a shower hose online that attaches directly to the faucet. it usually has a rubber thingy on the end that stretches to fit over the faucet so you don't have to get a plumber. i would preferably like to buy it online and have it delivered to my house. do you know of any websites?

If you are really sure you want to get this item, you can find it either @ Ace hardware.com, @ homedepot.com or ebay.com. You will find this tub faucet @ one of these places- try Ace Hardware first, they pretty much got every thing a household need - you can call locally if you prefer too!
Doing yourself isn't hard! all you need is the 3 way attachment piece so that you can attach the hose from the shower head. IT's easy and all it cost is about $3.50 You can get this piece @ home depot..
You might try Lehman's. I haven't seen these things since I was a kid but Lehmans might have them.
If I remember right Lowes or Home Depot have a faucet that you can change and has a adapter to screw a hose too??
Dollarama I have seen them there! I don't know if you have this store where you live ! Or the Dollar Store.
I'm not sure if this is what your looking for.

Lowes or Sutherlands or any hardware store even Walmart, the thing is you have to screw your water faucet and screw in the attactment to it, most of them come with a valve that you connect to it that runs the bath water or shower . I've done this before and have lived in a old house too.
I don't think you'll find one large enough for the tub spout, they were made for smaller spouts like the kitchen
they do make a replacement spout with a screw-on connector for a conventional hand held shower,
BUT you have to get the old one off first (the older ones are usually threaded on) and that could be a problem
Try your local depot type store
I know you said you would prefer to buy one on line, but the shower hose you're talking about can usually be found at places like Walmart (Plumbing Dept.). I have one of those.my house is 150 years old, so no shower. I'm lucky to even have indoor plumbing!!!
