ask her? politely try to be of help baking soda can be of help with pain from stomach acid however pharmacists(chemist) have it in much nicer tasting tablet form. Perhaps you could invite her to go out some where interesting just be gentle let her know you care and want to help whatever and good luck and yes a doctor would be a good idea suggest it ,organise it advise that it might be a good idea and may help.
IIs she brushing her teeth or eating this? Is there a mirror and a straw involved? Or are there little baggies everywhere too? Baking soda and cocaine make crack. I can't think of any other reason anyone would take baking soda. I think you should tell her that you know she is hiding and eating baking soda. Then see what her reaction is.
