Are the washing machine connections for the cold and hot water lines as follows:?

and to boot if you look at the connections,on the back of the machine,you might see a blue and a red indicator on the threaded stubs.....
Blue=cold
Red=hot
YES. If you take notice your whole
house is plumbed that way. Its a standard.
Usually they're marked, but yes, that's how mine are connected.
