I've been complaining for years & years to anyone who would listen, in my case, unsuccessfully, about the great need for more Mental Institutions. I hope this will begin to bring the Nation to realize the true depth of the rampant sickness in this Country. There are crimes (like this), that would keep a person involuntary & indefinitely in a Hospital. If we don't try to figure out why this is happening, it will only get worse. Unfortunately, when you're dealing with Mental Health Issues, Prison time simply does not cure the Offender.How old was the Baby by the way?
