Im interesting in purchasing a handheld showerhead filtration system?

Question:do they really work at making your skin and hair softer, etc.
if you own one which do you own.

Answers:
waste

I'd stop using the Alberto V05 or the Suave if I were you. I'd just spend the extra money on Paul Mitchell, Redken, or Biolage.
My experience with them is good. I hear positive things about them all the time. The only drawback is the cost and availability of replacement filters. If you really want better water then use a water softener and/or a whole house filtration system. The water softener will cost some money, but will pay off in the long run. The whole house filtration systems are cheap and easy to install. Keep in mind that both products help laundry, pipes, appliances, and showers.
