How do i cut a 6" hole in double glazed window. For a fan.?

Question:I need to install a 6" window fan in one of the windows in my conservatory, as it gets very hot. I can remove the double glazed unit from the frame fine, but how do I cut the 6" round hole thru both pains. Also, will this damage the double glazed vacuum, is this a problem?

Thanks.

Once you cut through the glass the vacuum is gone so you may not want to do that unless you dont care in that case you can just get a glass cutter and cut the hole out that you want there area couple of other options though you could set up something like an attic fan or do something like in a bathroom and put an exhaust fan in the ceiling or something like that. sorry I couldnt help more

you ruin the seal and it's shot. your better off getting a half size window and use a wooden fan size piece next to it.
you will lose vacuum that's for sure...check out the link below
if i were doing it i would take the pane out over the door and replace it with a piece of plywood that you could mount the fan in...
