Answers:
The machine consists of conical bucket for raw material to be cut. This bucket is slanted into the main chamber where series of knives are located. The series for dicing can be adjusted to control thickness of cut fruits. The blade rotates with centrifugal force so the cut pieces are thrown onto conveyor belt and flow out of the machine. The machine is activated by the feeding of raw material through the tunnel end of which the series of knives are waiting. There are three series: slicing, dicing , and striping. They can be changed and cleaned when taken out of the cutting chamber.
The fruit in the round or round-ish shape with the size of 20-70 mm can be cut by this machine. The slicing blades yield 5-25 mm in size. The production rate is 250-300 kg per hour.
