Have a stain in my potty. Any ideas to get it out?
Question:I have well water and when it rains hard my water gets muddy, which has stained my toilet. I have tried a lot of different products but, to no avail, still have stain. Wondering if anyone has any new cheap ideas? Replaced it 2 yrs. ago. Can live with stain but would be nice to see white again.

buy a product called ''sno-bol'' very cheap under 2 dollars pour it in the tiolet let it sit for a few minutes and scrub with the tiolet bowl brush stain will come right out i have well water also and trust me sno-bol works on all hard water stains from well water...they sell it at walmart and almost everywhere grocery stores etc...
Drop in a couple denture cleaner tablets and let it stand for about 30 minutes and brush it out.
smear lashings and lashings of baby food on it then lick it off
There is a product called The Works, you an get it at Wal-Mart. It works great for the lovely stains left from well water.
Just an idea, but next time maybe you should buy a black toilet?
I have used toilet bowl duck and also BAM worked for me.
BAM is easily spayed in all around the bowl and let it sit for 5 min or so then use the brush and flush.
You should flush the toilet and turn the water off at the wall fast so as to have the tank fill back up with the least amount of water possible and then add toilet cleaner w/ acid in it and let it sit for a while then turn water back on and clean as you normally would. This may not clear up the stain all at once but it should after regular treatments! The Home Depot sells a line called Zep...it works pretty well and should cost around $5!
