Try visiting the demolition companies and see if they have what you need.
As a rule they only salvage the larger beams as it requires a lot of work to carefully remove the smaller sized flooring and framing so it can be used again.
I dont know where you are exactly. Here in New England, reclaimed wood is a very pricey comodity. They scuba dive in lakes for old lumber. Carpenters and craftsmen prize it becaus eit is generally old growth wood. Plus it is generally aged and has a patina (spelling?) to it that only time gives.
If you keep searching, sometimes you can find someone that is tearing down an old house or barn. You just have to keep looking and try and get creative places to look.
Reclaim is ok when it is going to be painted over anyways. When it is going to be stained and clearcoated to show the natural wood grain then it doesn't look good.
